How Do I Measure A Bed for a Box Spring Cover, a Bed Skirt or a Coverlet?

The following procedure should be used when verifying bed sizes. To ensure accuracy when measuring, it is important to start at the edge of box spring before the curve or bend. If cord or tape edge is provided, please take measurements at that location. These measurements are necessary in determining the exact width, length and height of the bed set.

NOTE: when determining the finished size for the boxspring we will deduct 1/2” from all measurements provided to ensure a tight fit.

Bed size (king, queen, etc)

Dimension A (boxspring width)

Dimension B (boxspring length)

Dimension C (mattress top to floor)

Dimension D (box spring top to floor)

Dimension E (box spring height)
